These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between [KX KOREA] (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users regarding the services provided by the Company (e.g., experience center reservations). By using the services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Eligibility
The experience center is available for users aged 7 years and older.
Services are provided in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Users from internationally sanctioned countries (e.g., North Korea) may be restricted from accessing the services in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Method: Users must purchase tickets through an external platform (e.g., Ticketlink).
Refund Policy:
Refund eligibility and procedures are subject to the policies of the platform where the payment was made.
Users must direct all refund-related inquiries to the customer service of the respective platform.

The Company is not directly responsible for issues arising during the payment or refund process.
4. Service Restrictions
The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend the use of its services under the following circumstances:
If a user violates these Terms or engages in illegal activities.
If force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, system failures) occur.
If technical or operational challenges arise, making service provision difficult.
Any other exceptional circumstances that the Company deems as hindering service delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for the following:
Issues caused by the user's negligence or misconduct.
Service interruptions or damages resulting from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, government regulations).
Issues related to ticket purchases and refunds, which are governed by the policies of external platforms (e.g., Ticketlink). Responsibility for such matters lies with the respective platform.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In the event of a dispute between the user and the Company:
Domestic disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the jurisdiction of the Company’s headquarters.
For international disputes, the user and the Company may agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
7. User Registration and External Platform Use
Users can access the services provided on this site without a separate registration process.
Ticket purchases for the experience center are made through an external platform (e.g., Ticketlink), which may require users to register and agree to the platform's terms of service.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Company may revise these Terms if deemed necessary, provided that such revisions do not violate applicable laws.
If the Terms are revised, the Company will notify users of the changes via the website's notice section.
Revisions will take effect 7 days after the notice is posted. For major changes, the Company will provide a 30-day notice.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
All personal information collected during the service process will be handled in accordance with the Company’s
Privacy Policy.
Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
